How to Return

Before you send it back

• Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive your order.
• Items must be unused, uncut, unprocessed and in their original packaging.
• Custom-size (cut to size) items cannot be returned.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Return in 5 steps

   Pack it in the original box

   Put the unused items back in their original packaging so they arrive safely.

2. 2

   Add your order number

   Place your order number or the packing slip inside the box so we can match the return to your order.

3. 3

   Ship it to our return address

   Send the package to the return address below with the carrier of your choice.

4. 4

   Keep your tracking number

   Save the tracking number from the carrier until your refund is complete.

5. 5

   Get your refund

   We process your refund within 2 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.
